On Wednesday the 18th of October Parramatta Diocese launched its Social Justice Statement for 2017-18 called 'A Place at the Table.'
Ms Fox, Aaron Mollica, Jayden Nguyen, Michael Broschofsky, Jason Saab and Ms Saad represented St Pauls at St Patricks Cathedral. The day was spent listening to an address by Bishop Vincent Long and then participating in some workshops in order to put this statement into action in our own College.

Congratulations to the Year 11 Mock Trial students who absolutely dominated and won the first round of Mock Trial against St Patrick’s College Strathfield. The boys fought hard for 4 hours and brought their A game. Miss Spirkoska and Miss Femia were blown away by their efforts. Well done to all involved.

🌿🌊🍃 Last week Year 11 Biology and Investigating Science students visited Hunts Creek and Parramatta Lake to undertake fieldwork as part of their depth studies. The Biology students were investigating human impacts on the environment whilst the Investigating Science students were investigating the water quality of the catchment. ☕️🍶☕️ Year 12 VET Hospitality Food and Beverage students attended the Australian Barista School in Haymarket. They had a fantastic day developing their Barista skills and learning how to create coffee art. They will now receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment bearing the units of competency SITHFAB005 ‘Prepare and serve espresso coffee’ and SITXFSA001 ‘Use hygienic practices for food safety’ which will contribute to their Certificate II in Hospitality and HSC course.
