The MCS Cricket season commenced on Thursday with 3 wins out of 3 for our teams against Fairfield Pats
In the 1st Grade, we scored a moderate but competitive 5/110 in our 20 overs, captain Jack Hansen top scoring with 50. Taking to the field, we bowled out Fairfield for 65, pace bowler Divya Shah taking an incredible 6/12. A great start to the summer- well played!

Our Year 12 Advanced English students welcomed Emily Bosco from Into English to present on their Module A unit ‘Textual Conversations - Looking for Richard’. Students were given the opportunity to closely engage with the content, as well as participate in an informative question and answer session to strengthen their understanding of ideas, purpose and context. Students meet weekly to participate in strategy game play by engaging in the card game; Magic The Gathering (MTG).
